FueledRuck.

Every step priced for the weight you carry.

A rucking tracker for iPhone and Apple Watch. The map is the hero, and the numbers come from the same load-carriage physics the Army uses to plan a march.

About FueledRuck.

A 30 lb ruck costs far more than a walk of the same distance. FueledRuck prices every step with the Pandolf load-carriage equation, so calories, pace and training load reflect what you actually carried, on pavement, trail or sand.

It trains you for something real: the Ranger 12-miler, the British CFT, the Norwegian Foot March, an event on your calendar. Plans adapt to your log, guardrails flag the jumps that hurt shins and shoulders, and a ten-second check-in after each ruck tunes the next one.

Built for rucking alone at dawn, too: a back-by check-in, a live link anyone can open, and an Apple Watch app that tracks the whole ruck with your phone left at home.

Take the full tour at fueledruck.com.

The map is the hero

Heading-up, street level, your effort in color.

The live map turns with you and keeps your route, heart rate, pace, climb and load-aware energy on one glass panel. Drink and fuel cues arrive on your wrist and in your ear, and one tap logs what you drank.

Fly it back in 3D

Your route over real terrain, as a video.

Replay any ruck as a pitched flyover on satellite imagery, with distance, time and heart rate ticking along and an elevation profile underneath. Export it as a vertical video for your story.

See where it got hard

Routes painted by zone, pace, grade or elevation.

Every ruck's map colors itself by heart-rate zone, pace, grade or elevation, next to splits with heart rate and grade, personal bests by load, and a weekly load-mile trend.

Your photos, where you took them

Every shot from the ruck, pinned to the route.

Turn it on once and FueledRuck finds the photos you took during each ruck and pins them on the map where you took them, even with location off for the Camera. Open one to see the mile, the time, your heart rate and the grade at that moment. The 3D replay stops at each photo, and a Photos share card puts your best three next to your numbers. The photos stay in your library.

Pack the right water

Fuel and hydration from the same physics.

Before you go, FueledRuck estimates your sweat rate from the load, the pace and the weather, and tells you how much water and how many carbs to carry. When you finish, it tells you what to put back.

FueledRuck's fuel plan: 25 oz of water and 15 g of carbs to pack, 17 oz before, about 5 oz every 20 minutes during, and a sweat rate of about 21 oz an hour

Someone should know

A check-in time and a live link.

Set a back-by time and FueledRuck checks in with you. Share a live link: anyone can open it in a browser and see your route so far, and it turns red if you're overdue. It deletes itself a day after the ruck.

Train for the real thing

Plans that bend to your log.

Pick a standard or an event and FueledRuck builds the weeks to get there, raising work no more than ten percent a week, stepping back every fourth week, and repeating a week when life gets in the way.
