Overview

This policy describes how Apex Made, LLC (“Apex Made,” “we”) handles information when you visit apexmade.ai. It covers the website only. Each of our apps has its own privacy policy, written for what that app actually does — you’ll find them all under App privacy details.

What we collect on this site

Nothing, by design. The website is a set of static pages. There are no accounts, no sign-up forms, no comments, no analytics scripts, and no advertising. We do not set cookies. We do not use tracking pixels or fingerprinting. Fonts and images are served from our own domain, so visiting the site does not load anything from a third-party tracker.

Hosting and server logs

The site is delivered by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the basic information a browser sends to fetch a page — your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time — in order to serve the page and defend against abuse. Those logs belong to Cloudflare and are kept under Cloudflare’s privacy policy. We do not use them to identify or profile anyone. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to distinguish humans from bots; it is not used for tracking.

When you email us

If you write to hello@apexmade.ai, we receive your email address and whatever you send. We use it only to reply and to act on what you asked. It stays in our mailbox; we do not add you to a list, and we do not share it. Ask and we’ll delete the thread.

Links to Apple

Buttons that say TestFlight or App Store take you to Apple. What happens there is governed by Apple’s terms and privacy policy, not ours. If you join one of our betas, Apple’s TestFlight may share with us the feedback and screenshots you choose to send and anonymous crash reports, as described in Apple’s TestFlight terms. We use those only to fix and improve the app.

Links to social media

The links to our Facebook, X, TikTok, and Instagram profiles are plain links. This site loads no scripts, buttons, or pixels from those services, so they learn nothing about your visit unless you follow a link. What happens after that is governed by that service’s own terms and privacy policy.

Children’s privacy

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where one of our apps is made for children, its own policy says so and explains what that means.

Your choices and rights

Because we collect nothing on this site, there is nothing to opt out of. If you have emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, or you want to exercise any right available to you under the privacy laws where you live (for example the GDPR or the CCPA), email us and we’ll handle it.

Changes

If we change how this website handles information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. We won’t quietly start collecting things.
