About LeadFlip.

Most leadership apps hand everyone the same tip. LeadFlip starts from the one thing that's true about how you lead — your type — and builds a practice around it.

Every morning there's one card: a reframe, a truth about your type, a scenario you'll recognize, a quote worth sitting with. Each comes with one thing to try before the day is over. In the evening, you close the day by saying whether you caught yourself or went with the pattern anyway.

That's the whole ritual. Two minutes in the morning, one in the evening. The rest of the app exists to make those minutes count.

Take the full tour at leadflip.app.

A deck that learns

It pays attention so you don't have to.

The card you see each morning isn't next in a list. It's chosen — from what you named yesterday, which cards you actually follow through on, whether last night's catch slipped by, and how the day went. Name "I keep saying yes to everything" and tomorrow's card is about saying no. Every card tells you why it was picked, in one line.

Nothing about this runs in the cloud or through a model. It's arithmetic over your own week, on your own phone.

Prep me

Before the conversation, not after.

Walking into a 1:1, a hard piece of feedback, a no you've been avoiding? Pick the situation and get three lines written for your type: what you'll be tempted to do, one move, and a sentence you could actually say.

A couple of hours later, a card asks how it went. Held the line, or the pattern won — either answer makes tomorrow's deck smarter. Turn on calendar awareness and LeadFlip offers the prep twenty minutes before the meeting, without the event title ever leaving your phone.

The Witness

A letter about your week, in your words.

On Friday evening, if you choose, the Witness writes you a short letter about the week you just had — quoting what you named, noticing what you tried and what you skipped, naming your type's pattern once without lecturing, and ending with a single question for next week.

It's off by default. Before you turn it on, Settings shows you the exact data it would send. Your journal is never part of it.

Made to be looked at

The sky is the clock.

Open LeadFlip at six in the morning and it's dawn. At nine at night, stars. Every card lives at its own hour — quotes by starlight, reframes at first light, truths at noon — so flipping through the deck feels like a day passing. Type set in a serif that earns it. Nothing that blinks, buzzes, or begs.

Works in light and dark, respects Reduce Motion, and reads fully with VoiceOver.

Everywhere you are

  • Home screen and lock screen widgets with the day's card. Save it or mark it tried without opening the app.
  • Apple Watch — rate the day and save cards from your wrist, with the same card on your watch face.
  • iCloud sync across your devices, in your private iCloud. We can't read it.
  • Notifications that know the ritual — the morning card by name, a nudge to close the day, a check-in on what you tried, a word before a streak breaks.

Privacy

Yours, on your phone.

Your ratings, journal, namings, and saved cards live on your device and in your private iCloud — nowhere we can see. The only thing that ever leaves your phone is the weekly digest for the Witness, and only if you turn it on after seeing exactly what's in it. No accounts. No tracking. No analytics SDKs.

LeadFlip's What we send screen: the exact JSON digest the Witness would receive for the current week, shown before you turn the letter on, with the note that nothing is stored on the server and the journal is never included
