Subscription Terms

The short version: Apple handles the billing, you can cancel any time, and what’s free in each app stays free.

What this covers

These terms apply to paid upgrades in Apex Made apps — Doing Pro, Fueled Pro, FueledWod Pro, FueledRuck Pro, Clackline Plus, Celsia Pro, LeadFlip Pro, and Numinous Plus — sold as in-app purchases through Apple’s App Store. They are an agreement between you and Apex Made, LLC, and they sit alongside our Terms of Service, Apple’s standard license agreement, and each app’s privacy policy, linked from its page in the catalogue.

What’s included

• Attune Plus — Unlimited lines written for you with Claude, and lines written for the people you love. Three lines a week written with Claude, unlimited lines written on your device where Apple Intelligence is available, Attune’s collection, all ten moods, share cards, the shelf, widgets, and the Apple Watch app are free and stay free.
• Doing Pro — Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets you can check things off from, Siri and Control Center capture, and six more themes: Legal Pad, Blueprint, Riso, Darkroom, Kraft, and Phosphor. Today and Someday, every gesture, the morning review, and the Paper and Ink themes are free and stay free.
• Fueled Pro — All four coaching voices, cards that use your people’s names, your why and your word, Activity rings as cards, the Apple Watch app, the wide widget, unlimited habits, per-habit trends, and iCloud sync. The deck, with up to four habits, is free and stays free.
• FueledWod Pro — The 26 Hero workouts, Hyrox Open and Pro, Hyrox mode, Movement mode, the Apple Watch and Apple TV apps, the AirPlay wall, iCloud sync, PR detection, and the weight journal. The daily generator, the gym clock, and the twelve Girls are free and stay free.
• Celsia Pro — The full report with a day-by-day grid, unlimited report history, trends past four weeks, every earlier dose change, pattern cards, and your choice of device for sleep and heart rate variability. Logging, the therapy log, reminders, widgets, the Apple Watch app, the one-page report, what changed after your latest dose change, and exporting everything you’ve entered are free and stay free.
• Clackline Plus — As many boards as you have rooms, every live feed (scores, headlines, your calendar, your number, every quote and your own), unlimited rotation with time rules, scheduled posts and a board that flips on its own, several timers at once with picture timers and finishes, the Seamless look, every sound pack, and photos turned into tile art. One board on every screen, every way of posting, weather, a countdown, a quote of the day, a short rotation and one timer are free and stay free.
• Numinous Plus — Every day of the 33 journeys and the seasonal companions after their first day, soundscapes, reading passages aloud, and Lock Screen wallpapers. Every passage and voice, Themes, search, Kept and your journal, I’m going through…, breathing practices, day 1 of every journey, the widget and the Apple Watch app are free and stay free. Numinous Plus goes on sale when the app reaches the App Store.
• Tag Plus — Laughs counted on every tape, transcripts and the lines you said that aren’t on the page, the night as a poster, the set builder, gigs, pay and your year on stage, and Run it. Every premise and bit in all twelve formats, the red pen, sets, the stage, the light, the Live Activity, the Apple Watch app, taping your sets, iCloud sync and full export are free and stay free. Nothing you wrote, taped or logged is ever locked. Tag Plus goes on sale when the app reaches the App Store.
• Tangent Plus — Unlimited lines of your own, classes, and stops written for middle school, high school or expert level. All 24 lines with their diagrams, interchanges, guess-first stops, return stops, your map, sharing and two lines of your own are free and stay free. Tangent Plus goes on sale when the app reaches the App Store.
• FueledRuck Pro — Adaptive training plans, every rucking standard live on the map, heart-rate zones, the fuel and hydration coach, 3D route replay with video export, share cards, Apple Health workouts, the Apple Watch app (including rucks without your iPhone), unlimited packs, crews and the monthly challenge. The live map, load-aware energy, splits, your log, one pack, live heart rate, the safety check-in and live link, the recovery check-in, and widgets are free and stay free. FueledRuck Pro goes on sale when the app reaches the App Store.
• LeadFlip Pro — The parts of LeadFlip that know you: the Witness’s AI-written weekly letter (on your device or via our server), Prep me with your calendar and your people, the letters history, and unlimited custom cards. The daily card, the morning and evening practice, the tracker, widgets, and the Apple Watch app are free and stay free.
• Face Down Plus — Saved tables (your rule and timer, one tap), nightly streaks for every night the table holds, history and who picks up most, and four more loser sounds: Buzzer, Siren, Gong and Slide. The game itself, joining from the app or any phone’s browser, the Practice table, house rules, the hold timer and share cards are free and stay free. Face Down Plus goes on sale when the app reaches the App Store.

Plans and prices

Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy. In the United States:

Prices may change; a change never affects a subscription you already have until it renews, and Apple will tell you before that happens.

Free trial

The annual and yearly plans begin with a free trial for new subscribers: 7 days, or 14 days for Clackline Plus, Celsia Pro and Numinous Plus. You can cancel any time during the trial and pay nothing. If you don’t cancel, the subscription starts and your Apple ID is charged at the end of the trial. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a different plan.

Billing and renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. One-time purchases — Doing Pro and the Lifetime and Forever plans — are charged once and never renew. Apple, not Apex Made, processes all payments — we never see your payment details.

Cancelling

Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or in the App Store app. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store’s refund policy. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can’t issue refunds directly, but if something has gone wrong, email hello@apexmade.aiand we’ll help however we can.

Family Sharing

Attune Plus, LeadFlip Pro, Clackline Plus, FueledRuck Pro, Celsia Pro and Numinous Plus support Family Sharing. For the other apps, the App Store listing says whether a purchase can be shared. Each family member’s data stays their own; only the purchase is shared.

Restoring

Reinstalled an app or got a new phone? Every app has Restore Purchases on its upgrade screen or in its settings, which brings the purchase back for the same Apple ID. One purchase covers every device on that Apple ID.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you in the app.
