Terms of Service

Last updated · October 5, 2026

The short version: be reasonable, and we will too.

Overview

These terms are an agreement between you and Apex Made, LLC (“Apex Made,” “we”). They cover the apexmade.aiwebsite and, together with Apple’s terms, our apps. By using the site or an app, you agree to them. If you don’t, please don’t use them — no hard feelings.

The website

The site exists to tell you about our apps and to give you a way to reach us. It’s informational. We may change, add, or remove anything on it at any time without notice, and we may take it offline for maintenance or for good.

The apps

Our apps are distributed through Apple’s App Store and TestFlight. Your use of an app is governed by Apple’s standard End User License Agreement, by Apple’s App Store terms, and by that app’s own privacy policy. Where these terms and Apple’s conflict about the app itself, Apple’s win.

Beta software

Anything you install through TestFlight is pre-release software. It may be incomplete, change without warning, lose data, or be withdrawn entirely, and a beta does not guarantee an app will ever ship. Betas are provided under Apple’s TestFlight terms. If you send us feedback, screenshots, or ideas, you’re giving us permission to use them to improve the apps, with no obligation on our side and no compensation owed — though we’re genuinely grateful for every one.

Accounts and payment

There are no accounts on this site or in our apps. If an app offers a paid feature or subscription, that is handled by Apple through your Apple ID, and we publish the terms for it before it goes on sale. Where an app has a paid upgrade — today, LeadFlip Pro — our Subscription Terms cover pricing, free trials, renewal, cancellation, and refunds.

What’s ours

The names, icons, screenshots, copy, and code of the site and the apps belong to Apex Made or to the people who licensed them to us. You may use the site and apps as intended, and you’re welcome to link to us anywhere. Please don’t copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute them, or use our names and marks in a way that suggests we endorse something we don’t. Apple, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, App Store, and TestFlight are trademarks of Apple Inc.; we are an independent studio, not affiliated with Apple.

Reasonable use

Don’t try to break the site or the apps, probe them for vulnerabilities without asking, scrape them at scale, impersonate us, or use our contact address to send us things we didn’t ask for in bulk. That’s the whole list.

Content you share

Some apps let you share words other people see: in FueledRuck, a crew’s name, your display name, ruck titles, and your name on the monthly challenge. You agree to these rules in the app before you create or join a crew or the challenge. No offensive names or titles, harassment, threats, spam, or fake activity. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users: we act on every report within 24 hours by removing the reported content and banning the person who posted it. To report something, press and hold it in the app, or email hello@apexmade.ai.

No warranties

The site and the apps are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind — express or implied — including about merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or that anything will be uninterrupted or error-free. We make things carefully, but we’re a small family studio, not a guarantee.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Apex Made and its members will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or the apps — even if we’ve been told such damages are possible. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars. Some jurisdictions don’t allow some of these limits, so some may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that can’t be resolved by talking it through will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing anything, please email us first — most problems are fixable in a reply.

Changes

We may update these terms as the studio and the apps evolve. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top; continuing to use the site or apps after that means you accept the new version. We won’t make changes that matter without making them easy to notice.
