Overview

This privacy policy describes how Tag, an app made by Apex Made, LLC, handles information you provide while using it. It applies only to Tag; other Apex Made apps each have their own policy.

What we collect

Premises, drills, and any setup text you write — sent to our proxy when you generate new angles or tags.

Third parties

Anthropic, PBC — provides the Claude API that generates angles and tags. Your premise text is sent to Anthropic via our proxy. Anthropic does not train on data submitted through their API per their commercial terms. See Anthropic's privacy policy at https://www.anthropic.com/legal/privacy.
Cloudflare, Inc. — hosts the proxy that holds our Anthropic API key and forwards your request. Cloudflare may process request metadata as part of standard hosting. See Cloudflare's privacy policy at https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Notes

Your library — premises, drills, angles, tags — is stored on your device. Only the prompt for the current generation request travels to the proxy.
We do not require an account. The app authenticates to our proxy with a shared secret baked into the build, not a user identifier.

Data retention & deletion

Data stored on your device stays on your device until you delete the app or clear its data from iOS Settings. To request deletion of any data we may hold, email hello@apexmade.ai.

Children’s privacy

Tag is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in-app.
