Habits, one swipe at a time

Overview

This privacy policy describes how Fueled, an app made by Apex Made, LLC, handles information you provide while using it. It applies only to Fueled; other Apex Made apps each have their own policy.

What we collect

• Apex Made does not collect or receive any of your data. Habits, swipe history, and personal context are stored on your device.

Third parties

• Open-Meteo — used to fetch local weather when you enable "Weather awareness" in Settings. The app sends a coarse location once per app open. No personal identifiers are sent. See https://open-meteo.com/en/terms.

iCloud sync

Fueled syncs settings (motivation tone, Activity-ring toggle) via iCloud Key-Value storage and, when you opt into sync at onboarding, syncs your profile and habit data via CloudKit. Synced data lives in your personal iCloud account under Apple's privacy policy. Apex Made does not have access to your iCloud data.

Apple Health

If you grant permission, Fueled reads your Activity rings (Move, Exercise, Stand) and step count from Apple Health to display today's progress and gate step-goal habits. Health data stays on your device — Apex Made does not receive or transmit it.

Notes

• Motivation copy is generated from a static template bank shipped inside the app. No prompts are sent to any LLM in v1.0.
• "Weather awareness" is opt-in. Until you enable the toggle, the app does not request location permission and no weather requests are made.

Data retention & deletion

Data stored on your device stays on your device until you delete the app or clear its data from iOS Settings. To request deletion of any data we may hold, email hello@apexmade.ai.

Children’s privacy

Fueled is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in-app.
