Overview

This privacy policy describes how Celsia, an app made by Apex Made, LLC, handles information you provide while using it. It applies only to Celsia; other Apex Made apps each have their own policy.

What we collect

Apple Health data never leaves this iPhone. Nothing is sent to us.
There is no account, no sign-in and no email address. Apex Made runs no server for Celsia, so nothing you do in the app reaches us.
What you enter (your treatments, doses, symptoms, notes and questions) is stored on your iPhone. It's included in your own iPhone backups if you use them.
Nothing else. No analytics, no ads, no tracking and no third-party SDKs. Celsia's App Store privacy label is Data Not Collected.

Third parties

None. Celsia uses no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no third-party SDKs. Purchases go through Apple's App Store, as described below.

iCloud sync

There is no iCloud sync in this version of Celsia. What you enter stays on your iPhone.

Apple Health

With your permission, Celsia reads your sleep, heart rate variability, resting and overnight heart rate, wrist temperature, menstrual flow and bleeding, symptoms, and menopausal state from Apple Health. It writes the symptoms and bleeding you log in Celsia to Apple Health, so Apple Health stays your one record.

Apple Health data stays on your iPhone. It is never uploaded, never sold, never used for advertising, and never sent to Apex Made. You can change what Celsia may read or write at any time in the Health app.

Reports

Your report is a PDF made on your iPhone. Reports you keep are saved on your iPhone and included in your own iPhone backup, like any document; otherwise a report leaves your iPhone only when you share it yourself.

Purchases

Celsia Pro is sold through Apple's App Store, using Apple's StoreKit. Apple handles the payment. Apex Made receives no payment details and runs no server for the app.

Apple Watch

Your iPhone sends your Apple Watch today's counts and your next dose so the Watch can show them, and what you log on the Watch comes back to your iPhone. This uses Apple's own device-to-device connection between your iPhone and your Watch; nothing passes through Apex Made.

Notifications

Celsia's notifications are scheduled on your iPhone. Nothing is pushed from a server.

Data retention & deletion

What you enter in Celsia and the reports you keep stay on your iPhone (and in your own iPhone backup, if you use one) until you remove them. The daily summary Celsia keeps of your Apple Health data stays on your iPhone and is left out of backups; a new iPhone reads Apple Health again. In Settings, Export gives you a copy of what you've entered, and Delete everything erases everything Celsia keeps on your iPhone. Deleting the app also removes it from your iPhone. Symptoms and bleeding Celsia saved to Apple Health stay in Apple Health until you delete them in the Health app. Apex Made holds no copy of your data. Questions about your data: hello@apexmade.ai.

Children’s privacy

Celsia is not intended for anyone under 18. Apex Made collects no personal information through Celsia, from anyone.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in-app.
